health impacts every aspect of their lives, including their work.
According to the 2024 State of Workforce Mental Health Report
published by Lyra Health, 65 percent of U.S. workers today say their
mental health is impacting their ability to do their job.
Join us for our next free, virtual workshop, which will focus on
identifying common signs of mental distress in employees and what
to do when you see them. Effective communications strategies for
helping those who need help will be shared, as well as reasons to
avoid unhelpful approaches to mental health concerns. A range of
resources will be discussed, along with ideas on how to share them.
