Granger Construction Company, in partnership with Oakland County, has issued the first Request for Proposal (RFP) for qualified firms to work with Granger and HED Design on the renovation of 31 East Judson in downtown Pontiac. The RFP will be open until 3 p.m. Monday, June 30, 2025.
