Campaign Finance
Campaign Finance reports filed with the Oakland County Elections Division can be viewed and printed online for local, school and countywide candidates as well as political action, independent, and ballot question committees.
2025 Annual Campaign Statements are due by 5:00 p.m. on February 2, 2026.
Statements can be emailed to: campaignfinance@oaklandcountymi.gov
E-filers must submit all statements electronically.
Committees that filed a Post General Campaign Statement in 2025 are not required to file a 2025 Annual Statement.

- Late Contribution Form
Committees that have filed for and maintained the $1,000.00 Reporting Waiver are not required to file Campaign Statements. The reporting waiver does not waive the 48 Hour/Late Contribution Reports.
Late Fees
Late filing fees are assessed for each business day a required statement remains unfiled until the maximum fee is reached. Late fees can be paid via check made payable to "Oakland County Clerk", in person, or by visiting our secure online payment portal.
